Klare Kennzeichnung, unvollständige Gerichte - Edit
Das Schmorgemüse mit Räuchertofu enthielt leider - zwei Mal - kein Tofu. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir ein winziges Schälchen kalten Tofu dazu gestellt. Beim Bezahlen war der einzige Kommentar des Kellners: „Tja, das kann ja mal passieren, dass die Küche was vergisst.“ Hinterher haben wir gesehen, dass wir auch noch die Rechnung eines anderen Tisches bezahlt haben…

Many tasty vegan options with sea view - Edit
Modern clean restaurant with beautiful close up sea view and many vegan options marked on the menu including a "can be made vegan" option. We had the following (all vegan): Asian cucumber salad with peanuts (nicely refreshing with creamy sauce), tomato soup (smooth and with roasted tomato flavor), the spicy red curry (my favorite and shown in one of the pictures, very deep flavorful curry better than many Asian places), grilled seasonal veggies with hummus (also in picture and very good), pasta with roasted tomato sauce (also good although not as exciting) and the vegan chocolate bar with berry ice cream/compote (also in picture and very good).
Read moreThe only downside were no vegan options on the kids menu with the only vegetarian options being noodles with butter- not very exciting or nutritious. But we shared our adult dishes which my 5 year old which turned out fine. They also had a coloring book with crayons for kids.

Classy restaurant with ocean view - Edit
Landgang is located centrally with a nice view on the ocean, making it a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee (with oat milk) or a drink.
Read moreThe menu is updated regularly based on the seasons. I tried the baked local vegetables with smoked tofu and oriental spices, which was very tasty.
Just a few years ago Büsum was rather old-fashioned. It is nice to see this and a few other restaurants with a more modern approach and vegan options.

Das Restaurant Landgang hat mehrere klar angezeigte vegane Optionen - und keine davon 08/15. Sogar eine vegane Panna Cotta war dabei. Alles hat hervorragend geschmeckt!
