I found a vegetarian and possibly vegan option in Gérardmer

Nice restaurant in the town center. Italian and French cuisine with several vegetarian options. They don't claim vegan dishes but the pizza they served me looked and tasted fully vegan. You do need to ask the waiter for this version. Staff is friendly.
