Fantastic - Edit
This restaurant opened in May 2020, and we are so glad it did.
Read moreWe came here for my partners birthday and we are so glad we did. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the food they were serving and this filtered through into the taste - everything was delicious.
They championed local, in season ingredients - with some dishes just championing one or two ingredients done a variety of ways.
The restaurant is not cheap, but we will be taking our friends here when they come to visit us as it was really impressive.
We let them know on booking we were vegan and it was not an issue at all - they tweaked the vegetarian 7 course menu to make it vegan for us, and remembered our name so when we arrived they knew it was the vegan booking.
I couldn’t recommend eating at this place more, we are so glad we found it. Overall it was a really lovely experience eating here.
The only (really minor) drawback was that there wasn’t a printed vegan menu that we could have taken home with us, as we like to frame the menus from nice occasions eating in restaurants that we class as special and this really is in that league.
Pros: Amazing food, Friendly, knowledgeable and passionate staff
Cons: Quite expensive when you add the wine pairings too
