I was curious what a traditional South Tyrol restaurant would offer in the vegan segment.
Read moreI had a great vegan carrot-ravioli with some accompanying delicacies. The dishes and as well the service is really worth it's upscale price.

It’s fine dining from portion sizes to the service. If you’re fine with the price, I highly recommend! Exquisite flavors are constructed by someone who really knows how to cook great vegan food. We both took different dishes. Our favorites were the smoky tartare starter, whole carrot main dish and the chocolate ball for dessert.

Il ristorante offre un menù principalmente vegetariano e vegano. La qualità degli ingredienti è altissima, la cucina ricercata ma, allo stesso tempo, con materie prime semplici e saporite. Una delle esperienze culinarie più ricche mai fatte. I prezzi sono alti ma in linea con la qualità degli ingredienti e il tipo di locale.

The place is now open after renovation and the new menu is even more vegan friendly than before. Half of the summer menu is vegan 🤩 The food was really good, totally worth a visit!
