Not an expansive menu, but there ARE vegan options, some of which are really very good, and there aren't exactly many options in Villach. - Edit
I've had the Kärntner Bärlauchnudeln, which is a vegan adaptation of the traditional Kasnudeln from this part of Austria. Very nice!
Read moreA mixed salad with corn, cucumber, carrots, kidney beans, and mixed greens with balsamic. Generous servings and very good.
Also the mediterranean veggie pan- there was no protein in it, just a mix of veggies and potatoes, but it was tasty.
They've also made the garlic, oil pasta (aglio e olio) without parmesan and using vegan noodles (on request) which was also very good.
Pros: Kärntner Bärlauchnudeln were delicious, Generous salad with kidney beans, Specifically vegan-stamped items on the menu
Cons: They could use more options!
