Elevated Khmer cuisine

This was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had, in Cambodia and really anywhere. A French chef taking local food to a whole new place, an absolute celebration of flavors and aroma. The restaurant serves meat, but has a dedicated vegan tasting menu with a choice of either 6 or 8 courses. Highly highly recommend.
