I've gone a few times now and the food is quite tasty (I am picky so not everything suits my taste, but still pretty good)
If I order the cake plate I leave stuffed.
The set lunch is different every day, and there's a monthly list on their Instagram.
They also offer takeout for everything, though I've yet to try it.

Yummy lunchtime veggie curry - Edit
The lunch special was already sold out at 12:40, but the standard curry was delicious. Accompanied by well-seasoned salads and coconut crackers ☺️

Second floor of what looks like an office / clinic building. Serves a daily lunch plate, daily rice ball plate, daily kids plate and daily dessert in addition to a wide selection of drinks. After a long day of taking my family around I told them we were eating at one of the two vegan spots in town and even though there was some griping the non vegans ended up LOVING the food. (I the vegan also did, of course.) Don’t skip the daily dessert plate, you get a variety of lightly sweet and incredibly tasty little Japanese sweets and cakes that are so good and go great with the complimentary barley tea. NB no parking but you can stop at the Family Mart lot across the street. Also easily walkable from the Tokushima Station area. Cash only.

The kitchen was already closed because I showed up pretty late but they offered me to make some onigiri which were very taste, I also had the desert of the day (some nut cake which were also めちゃ おいしい )

Read moreIt's all fresh and healthy. Macrobiotics in it's best way I would say.
The restaurant is cozy and tea is for free, as much as you like. There's always one menu of the day which costs 900 yen (date: dec 2018) and a dessert of the day sich is also freshly prepared (550 yen).
I highly recommend you to go to this warm welcoming place - it's not far from the Center and easy to find (First floor).
Still amazed by this wonderful ladies working there. So much love. Thank you!!
