Awesome food and waterfront ambiance - Edit
REPUBLIKA has been expanding their menu options for vegan and vegetarian food. The restaurant has an amazing waterfront setting with relaxed seating and options directly overlooking the water.
Read moreI tried the Homemade Acai Bowl with fresh fruit nuts and raisins and it was amazing.
Lunch options include the Fazenda Salad fresh cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce. All vegtables are grown on the restaurants own organic farm on siquijor - you can taste the freshness. OR a veg burger made from eggplant.
I also hear there are more vegan options in the works.
The staff is great lead by the amazing Jessica.
