Not a vegan restaurant but they have good options - Edit

This is a place for someone who likes a hearty burrito loaded up with lots of different options and it's not hard for a vegan or vegetarian to get a filling meal. The spinach tortilla is vegan and can be filled with rice, beans, potatoes, grilled vegetables, grilled onion, guacamole and salsas and topped off with lettuce. If you order the no meat lunch burrito, it comes with guac instead of meat and if you want it vegan, tell them no cheese, sour cream or ranch sauces they have available. We eat here a lot and the food is delicious and filling. The burritos are not joke but if you're not in the mood for one you can get it in a bowl and lose the tortilla. Tacos are available as well. Also, hey have two kinds of rice - I think Spanish and white and pinto or black beans.

Pros: Veggie Burrito , Vegan options , Everyone can find something here

Cons: Their can be cross contamination, Wish there were plant based meat as an option

Like Chipotle - But not quite so - Edit

Im no Chipotle stan - by far - but customizable fixin’ bar Mexicali/ Amerimexi places in the area are all about the same or with fewer options for plant based/ non dairy/ non-lard foods. Renegade is one that straight up tells you your options are down to few. If you’d rather support something smaller than Chipotle come here. Selection-wise you’re better off at Chipotle.
