Cheap little restaurant - Edit
On East Street is this little restaurant of 6 tables. Easy to spot as has the Chinese character for vegetarian outside (素).
No English menu but the elederly lady working speaks a few words of English but luckily I could speak Chinese with her. She recommended the noodles and tofu dish. Both were good and came to a total of 17 Yuan! Very cheap and filling.
Pros: Quick, Tasty
Cons: No English or picture menu

Taiwanese owned, small amounts of English spoken - Edit
This is a nice little place right on one of the main roads in town (East street). Pure vegetarian (no eggs), possibly vegan. The people are very friendly and speak a little bit of English. There is no English menu. Very cheap. We had an order of fried noodles, an order of fried rice, and some fried mushrooms with peppers. Decent food, nothing super exciting.
Pros: Possibly 100% Vegan?, A little English spoken, Cheap!
Cons: No English menu, Nothing exciting
