Visited here recently after seeing a good review on my local Vegan Facebook community.
Read moreThey offer a vegan platter which was tempting! Ordered this plus the Paprika Potatoes.
Slightly awkwardly asked if I wanted the Vegan cheese after ordering the Vegan platter. This may have been because I spoke the full order for the table including non-vegan food for my non-vegan Mum! But still was made a little uncomfortable by this!
Overall the food was lovely, maybe the platter is a little much for one person though but I managed it haha! The bread was lovely, I think it was homemade.
One more slight issue, there was something on the platter that I didn't recognise, both from the photo I saw on Facebook and also from the menu. I queried this with the waiter and he said it was not vegan! On the way out, the cook apologised for putting it on the platter so at least it was acknowledged!
Not sure I would visit again but it was nice to try.
