How do they do that!? - Edit
Had a couple of vegan scotch eggs from these lovely folk. Plenty of interesting variations on the stall. They seem to sell out well, so I’ve only every caught the last of the plain ones. They are so tasty, although a little too salty for me. I have no idea how they replicate the egg centre - it’s a modern mystery! And defo one you need to try & work out for yourself!
