Not very vegan friendly! - Edit
Veggie curry contains butter!! They make their vegetables in a batch, so when I asked if it could be made without butter the waitress said no. Only vegan option would be the veggie kebab. Did get an extra serving of rice instead of the veggies on the side as those too are cooked in butter.

Tasty veggie curry - Edit
Reina's is an authentic restaurant in Caye Caulker and it is quite popular with both tourists and locals. They have two vegan options, and I ordered the veggie curry since the waitress told us that the curries are a must try. The food didn't take that long considering that the place was full. The veggie curry was indeed really good! Big portion for a fair price. Don't forget to bring cash as they don't accept cards.
