Pretty decent Chinese food

Was this the best Chinese food I've ever had? No. But it was pretty good. I gave it four stars because really there is no other option anywhere around, especially none that have a vegan protein source. Most Chinese restaurants I visited in smaller towns won't even have tofu on the menu. The staff is very friendly and helpful and definitely knows what vegan is. The tofu with vegetables in the vegetarian section is vegan anyways and I am sure they can veganize other dishes. Also the portions are huge, so if you are not too hungry sharing one dish between two people might totally be enough.
