Amazing hikers hostel in the dolomite mountains - Edit
I went on a 3 day hiking trip with my colleagues and one of our two stays was at Rifugio Firenze (Regensburger Hütte). I was very pleased to hear that they could cater a 4 course dinner to vegans and it was lovely. A pasta with tomato sauce, a salad, spinach with baked potatoes and amazing mushrooms and a full plate of fruits.
