Serves meat, vegan options available. Guesthouse restaurant with a mixture of western and Khmer dishes. All vegetarian dishes are clearly marked, and most of them are vegan or easily made vegan. These include potato curry, vegetable amok, fried rice and bruschetta. Note: the vegan symbol is used to mark vegetarian dishes, NOT vegan dishes. The owner is aware of this and is very accommodating to vegan customers. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-3:00pm, 6:00pm-10:00pm.

Delicious food, helpful owner - Edit
I stayed at Rega although I hadn't looked up whether the restaurant was vegan friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many dishes with vegan options, and most of the veggie options could be easily made vegan. The place is pleasant, the food is good, and the owner was very friendly.
