Chiquito y agradable lugar! Comida 100% vegetal tipo fast food. Tienen varias opciones de hamburguesas. Nosotros pedimos de tofu y de frijoles. Nos encanto ! Gastamos reales 105 para dos personas, propina aparte. Me olvide de sacar foto de la comida.. pero si tengo de la carta.

We called in here on 28th September having been touring round Peru, Argentina and now Brazil. I’ve eaten a fair amount of chips and salad over the last 2 weeks, so finding Refugio Veg was an absolute delight!
Read moreWe had the sweet burger and the Linguiçudo burger with a side of fries and onion rings to share. Washed down with a couple of Heinekens and Wheat beers. Best food we’ve had in South America! The melted cheese was amazing and the garlic mayo was delicious. 10/10. A plus was the owner spoke great English too and was lovely to chat to. If you’re in the area give it a try. You don’t need to be vegan!

Had a cheddar burger with onion rings and cheese sticks. Wouldnt have needed all, was super full. Taste was great, highly recommend the House Mayo. Everything ist completely vegan which I Love. The Guy was super nice and friendly. Different patties, cool menue (different burgers and finger food). If in Rio again will probably eat there again too.

Noms! Those burgers are so yummy. A juicy sauce combined with a heavenly crispy tofu patty! So good! Fries and a beverage on the side costs 15 Reais extra. Fries and Guaraná were good too. Staff is super friendly and spoke all the languages!🤗

It's around 41 reais JUST for the burger, then 15 for fries and a small drink .
I also liked the bun being red

I really like to support vegan restaurants when I travel. I was brought the wrong order, they were very nice and tried to fix by adding things to my burger, but the taste was not great. It was a bit pricey for Rio and what you get. There are better options.

Read moreKind owners and I especially loved that they offer raw Tofu. Even 1 kg for an affordable price in comparison to the supermarket. Ideal if you have rented an apartment and want to cook.
The burgers were quite good and I especially liked the fries. The onion rings weren't my thing. Bit too dry and the panade just wasn't mine.
All in all worth a visit if you're craving soul food and skip the healthy stuff for another day.

Foi a 1a vez que fui no espaço novo e achei ainda melhor. O cardápio é bem diverso, com muitas opções de hambúrguer, com os e sobremesa. O atendimento é sempre muito gentil e solícito. Os hambúrgueres que pedimos estavam muito deliciosos, além de super bem servidos (deu para dividir um para duas pessoas). Pedimos o coxurros (ou cochurros não sei), que era uma sobremesa de churros no formato de cozinha recheado de chocolate e estava absurdamente delicioso!! Eu já havia feito pedido por delivery diversas vezes e sempre foi muito bom também. O espaço é bem fofo e, apesar de ter ido num sábado a noite, não estava cheio. Achei os preços também bem razoáveis pela quantidade de comida. E para finalizar, eles ainda têm parceria com Duo Gourmet, o que ficou ainda melhor! Amamos a experiência toda! Super recomendo!!

The food is very tasty and relatively cheap. The gnocchi is amazing. They have plates, sandwiches and burgers. The cheese sauces are also nice. Good place to visit. You must try the tofu à parmegiana, this is completely amazing, best dish in Rio.
