VERY yummy food. - Edit
My partner and I decided to stop at Refuel Juicery a few nights ago, and we were very happy we did. They don't have any space to sit (just a small counter near the window to stand and eat/drink), so it's really more of a take-out place.
Read moreThey had lots of pre-made juices, raw pad thai, and a few raw desserts (chia pudding, energy balls, and walnut brownie) ready to go in the fridge. They also had a few 25% off drinks that had been made a day or two prior, so we picked up a small jar of cinnamon cashew milk. It was very tasty! (though not something that would be too difficult to make at home).
We ordered a raw pizza to take home with us, and it was SOOO tasty. The crust, marinara sauce, and cashew cheese were ridiculously good. All of the toppings on it were great as well, especially the pineapple.
The service was friendly, and I was very excited to introduce the server to HappyCow! She had never heard of it before.
It's unfortunate that they only have a few meal options, but I suspect they are all delicious. They have a raw pad thai, raw pizza, and 2 kale salads. I would definitely like to go back and try the pad thai or get the pizza again!
Pros: healthy and delicious food, raw and organic, friendly service
