Great! - Edit
Tried a bit of every dish (twice!) and all were really tasty. Combined with great value for money (the member of staff explained we would be better going for the buffet than by weight ) this place is a winner!

I love this place. Food is very tasty. You can choose from the menu downstairs or have the buffet (which has a lot of fried stuff, salads, stews, even vegan sushi rolls). Very well priced

The buffet is incredible - Edit
I went upstairs for the buffet option and was impressed with how much food they had available, all vegan! I wasn’t sure how the buffet worked, as it was my first time in a buffet in Rio, but you basically arrive and start filling your plate. As I was waiting in line to fill up my plate, one of the staff members came by to give me a paper where they marked that I was there for the buffet option. If you order a drink, it also gets marked there. It was really full when I arrived, but luckily I found an open seat at a table. I noticed that some were taking their plate to eat downstairs, which I would have done had I known that was possible, but I would verify that you can do this with them before taking your plate to eat downstairs. I was trying to taste everything they had, but couldn’t as I got full, but everything I did have was delicious. I shall visit again when in Rio!

Incredible buffet - Edit
The buffet upstairs is great, so many options. Vegan versions of Brazilian dishes, sushi (savory and sweet), Asian, salads, etc. R$29.90 for all you can eat (R$36 for weekends and holidays). Long shared tables good for solo travelers. There's another location in Copacabana which isn't on here or Google Maps: Av.

Cons: Vende produtos de origem animal no caixa/lojinha

Amazing vegan buffet. - Edit
So much delicious vegan food in one place, it's really incredible. The food is mostly very tasty, but there is so much to choose, everyone will find something for themselves. Love the lasagna and the sushi! And super cheap in my opinion for a all you can eat buffet.

Savory vegan buffet in a not yet vegan world. - Edit
Adorable place with lots of character. The owner came up to me and started speaking English and gave me a tour. Nice touch. There’s a whole table of Japanese sushi and rolls and everything else. there’s a raw section, there is a salad section and then there’s a another section with the mock meat, and of course some soups. In a city surrounded by all you can eat steak houses, this is quite an oasis!

Perfect - Edit
I can only agree with what has already been said about this place. The buffet is incredible, prices are more than fair and you have something for everyone.
Read moreI'm usually a fan of all-you-can-eat buffets, and this one ticked all the boxes. The food was fresh, the cold as well as the hot dishes were well put together and offered a really nice variety.
The sweet vegan sushi was a nice touch too.
Staff were friendly and the place looked nice too. On the ground floor, there is an à la carte restaurant and the buffet is on the first floor. They also have a little shop at the entrance where you can buy organic products.
Pros: Awesome buffet

Me surpreendeu - Edit
A entrada do local me assustou um pouco.

Buffet is okay, vegan snacks for sale too - Edit
This place has cute decor, buffet upstairs and dining from the menu downstairs. I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality of the buffet food, maybe a 6.5/10 (but it could have been an off day). Gets very busy at lunch. Some share tables. Snacks for sale downstairs at the counter. I’d visit again if staying nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way. Also, it’s down a long alley, so look out for the signs.

Absolute Vegan Paradise winner - Edit
This total vegan place shocked me when I arrived and saw the buffet plates with so many choices.
Read moreNot just salades and potatoes. But incredible vegan fantasy. over 30 plates to choose from.
And just for 1 extremely attractive price I think it was 29 reais. Less than $ 8. or around that.
For this price you can choose from sushi bar and several salads and mock meats and soup and several hummus kinds , all kinds of vegetables,. and I can't even mention all the choices I had. it was just incredible. I totally worship this place. Brought my non vegan friends here and they were impressed as well.
Absolute top winner in Rio . beautiful atmosphere.
You get MUCH more than you pay for ! a bit unfair , but OK

My little paradise ! - Edit
Amazing place !! The food is just SO DAMN TASTY and creative !! Flavours from all arround Brazil, put together in a simple yet very fine way. Everything I had the chance to taste was perfectly cooked and seasoned (rare enough in RJ !!).
Read moreFrom the street you just can see a sign and a long corridor, but when you get to the end, you discover this really charming place, full of good vibes .
The open area downstairs is super nice, you will simply need to take any seat available and choose what you want on the menu, then write in down on a piece of paper along with your name and the table number.
Give it to the waiter and your food will arrive within a few minutes ! This can seem a bit odd at first but it actually works really well and make everyone´s life easier. Plus this allows you not to pay the usual extra 10% for service.
The prices are excellent for the quality and the amount of food you will be given.
The items on the menu are all organic and change everyday but basically you will have the choice between :
- Especial do dia (R$ 25,5) : The dish of the day, usually served with rice, farofa and a huuuuge salade.
- Meio Especial (R$ 17,5) : Same dish, smaller size Definitely enough for me :)
- A list of arround 15-20 different items to choose from. You can choose up to 5 options (1 option R$8,
2 options R$ 14, 3 options R$18, 4 options R$ 21 and 5 options R$22,5).
Make sure to check their website to know what´s on the list, it´s updated every morning.
You can add drinks (a list of about 10 different fresh delicious juices, they also have tea and soy milk fruit milkshakes) and deserts.
Never tested the deserts, but at least one of them has honey in it (that explain why this place is described as vegetarian and not vegan), so make sure to ask before ordering. They also have a few vegan sorbet.
The area upstairs is an all you can eat buffet :
Mon-Fri : R$ 29,90 (or R$ 25 after 3PM)
Saturday : R$ 48,5
The place also sells some healthy organic products. Make sure to read the ingredient list for each product as some of them are definitely not vegan (eggs/milk/honey).
Pros: Variety - Quality - Quantity, Price, All vegan (except for the desert, they use honey)
Cons: They sell some non-vegan products at the cashier
