Singularly good ramen in Boston - Edit
One of the best bowls of ramen I have had in my life, in the US or Japan. Rich, strongly flavored, creamy, with thick chewy noodles and generous toppings. I had the standard Yuzu Sesame bowl, which felt very reminiscent in style of T's Tantanmen in Tokyo. The Soboro especially felt luxurious.
Read moreThe only downside to the entire place is the other diners, which is of course out of their control. I had gotten my bowl, eaten, and left in under 20 minutes from having sat down, during which time a patron next to me had eaten maybe two bites of his food and seemingly recounted an entire novel to a friend of his. This food is best eaten fast while its still hot. I recommend you come when you're hungry, enjoy your food quickly, then take in the rest of the sprawling shops and sights for your conversations.

If I may, I would suggest single customers to be siting together to please as many curious bellies as possible. I practiced it and I had a great meal AND a fantastic discussion. Definitely a pleasant way to have more and more happy customers

Tastes amazing and quick. Limited seating but moves quick and worth the wait if any. I had the Num 8 Red hot miso and it had great flavor. I also had the sweet chili taco sushi roll.

It was absolutely incredible to find a vegan ramen place in Boston. Having so many options was definitely exciting, but the one downside was that all of the food that my family and I ordered was very rich. Even the broth of the ramen was very heavy, so we couldn’t finish our entire bowls. All in all though, everything was very tasty and my family had a very good experience!

Not seeing what all the hype is about. It's fast food. You order at a counter and pick up your food on a tray and bus your own table. When you go in you see signs telling you to order one food per person and don't stay more than 45 minutes, to give you an idea of the ambiance. The only beverage was water. The food was not bad but not exceptional. Ok for a casual quick meal.

I had my eye on this place for a while, I’m happy that I finally was able to try it out. I got the No. 5 - Sesame yuzu (spicy) and an unsweetened green tea. With all due respect, as a person from Middle East, it was not spicy, perhaps it was American spicy… I did not feel anything at all in my mouth lol. It’s quite expensive but the portions were large.

We were really excited to try this place during our trip to Boston after reading all the reviews and we weren't disappointed! We got the garlic miso ramen and the roasted avocado miso sushi, and both were delicious. If I had a place like this where I live, I would go once a week!

This ramen place is truly amazing — lots of fun options, all of which are veg friendly! Hard to go wrong here given how tasty everything is (the smoked ramen is very fun!). Only downside is that it can get pretty busy and the restaurant is relatively small.
