Yummy vegan breakfast - savory and sweet options - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised that an American-breakfast-focused place like this had not just one, but several, clear-labeled, deliberately vegan menu items. It's nice that they have both savory and sweet vegan dishes. I tried all the labeled vegan options (had to take one for the team and order all the food, so I could report back😜), which are: the Impossible breakfast sausage patties, the coconut whip parfait, the mug cake, and the avocado toast. I loved them all! The sausages and the cocoa whip parfait were probably my favorites.

Whatever brand/recipe use for their whipped cream, I really like it. I find it's rare that I go somewhere that has vegan whipped cream--even fully vegan restaurants--so that was great.
A couple heads up's:
-When we asked about the potatoes, we were told they couldn't be made vegan, which was a bummer. Hopefully this will change at some point.
-The optional egg add-on for the avocado toast is NOT vegan eggs, even though the avocado toast itself (being vegan) is listed under the vegan section, which could be misleading to some when ordering.
