Absolutely delicious - Edit
Redlight has the best vegan options in Bellingham, hands down. While I of course wish they were a completely vegan restaurant, their vegan menu items are extremely delicious and high quality. I strongly recommend the sweet potato noodles and vegan wontons… YUM. They also have a pretty extensive and creative drink menu!

the drinks are incredible, the food is incredible, the ambience is incredible. come here for a date or a nice night out. you will leave so happy you came! one of my most frequented spots to eat out.

Interesting drinks and lots of options for food - Edit
Visited Saturday February 15th, so a busy night we were advised of the wait time and given recommendations for places to wait.

For food I went with the cold potato noodles with bok choy and marinated tofu. The marinated tofu was delicious, really flavourful, there were plenty of veggies and the sauce was spicy and sour as advertised! Huge portion too.
I also had the vegan desert black sesame shortbread, dark chocolate fudge, miso caramel. Which I thought was really tasty.
The staff were very friendly and attentive despite being very busy. The music and atmosphere was nice, I can see why this is a popular spot.

Tons of delicious options! - Edit
Had been here once before but think they had a limited menu or have since expanded their menu. Only vegan options at that time were the two tofu dumplings (spicy and ginger), both were stellar. Came back recently and they also had tofu mushroom bao buns (incredible!), tofu rice bowl, salads, and spicy cucumbers. Everything we got was delicious. Cute spot for date night with the tabletop fires. Waitress was amazing, spent tons of time with us answering questions about cocktails and the bar industry in general. Can't wait to go back!

Delicious late night grub - Edit
We have been here twice and find and the vegan options to be delicious. The ginger dumplings are out of this world. It’s great to have an option in Bham that is open late. The cocktails we tried were very good.
