A good range - Edit
We've been going to Redfire for work dinners for a while - my omni colleagues tracked it down as a place that would feed me as well as them. Initially, a few years ago, the waiters would ask the chef (one of whom is vegan) what they could make/adapt for me, then later a couple of labelled vegan items appeared on the menu. When we went last week, I was spoiled for choice!
Read moreThere were several substantial vegan selections, plus several 'vegan optional'. The range includes hot chocolate and a number of yummy sounding desserts!
I had the vegan burger (yummo!), and wished I had room left for cake or hot choc, but the serving was very generous (as with all the meals! The bowl of sweet potato fries alone is enough for two people for a main!).
Most of the staff are informed about the vegan options, and all will happily confirm with the kitchen if unsure.
When I was leaving, I handed the staff member behind the counter an Edgar's Mission 'Thanks for having vegan options' card - she responded with a huge smile and told me "Many of us are vegan too!"
The menu can look a little pricey at first, but the huge portions mean you get good value for money. Redfire is also offers discount movie tickets with your meal too!
