Favoured by the locals - Edit
We noticed this place is pretty popular. Found it on HappyCow and had to give it a go. We were not disappointed.
Service was friendly and attentive. Large selection of vegan options. Let them know you are vegan and they put it on the docket, and make sure you get the vegan options of everything.
We had a yellow curry, golden tofu and Thai fried rice. They were all expertly spiced, not too much chilli (although you can request the hotness).

Decent Thai food - Edit
We took some family out to dinner here, since the restaurant was listed on Happy Cow. We ordered four mains, rice for each person and two sets of spring rolls. I was clear about all the dishes being vegan and everything was fine. Each of our mains: Pad Thai (which contained no egg), red curry, ginger stir fry and fried rice were good quality with plenty of flavour, if nothing more than you'd expect. The wait staff were very polite and helpful. Dinner, including corkage, was quite reasonably priced at $90 for four adults and a young child.
Pros: Reasonably priced Thai food, Polite, helpful staff

May contain egg - Edit
I ordered takeaway in the restaurant at opening time.
The waitress was charming. The atmosphere was well considered. I ordered 'cashew nut stir fried' the mild chilli jam was actually sweet chilli. The stir fried was full of egg the rice was clumped together (my children wouldn't touch it as they have never eaten egg so they probably could smell it. I was asked twice if I wanted egg in the dish and I clearly said 'no'. I also ordered stir fried vegetables with tofu and roti bread (it was ok).
It seemed like a friendly place but I would not return, as they need to have better communication between the ordering staff and the kitchen.
Pros: friendly
Cons: egg in dishes that are not stated on menu

best vegan food in town - Edit
If you enjoy Thai food then you will love brown grain, many dishes are vegan / can be made vegan, just need to let them know. servings are big so come hungry (and make sure you get curry puffs as an appetiser!!)
Equally my fave place with the Liebig (same owners).
Can byo drinks, they can get quite busy Friday and Saturday nights so it's maybe a good idea to book ahead.
