Serves meat, vegan options available. Family atmosphere restaurant by Red Rocks amphitheater. Has a vegan green chili, and kitchen will put a veggie burger in the fajitas as substitution.
While I appreciate the person who put this on the list (and my omni brother who tried to find a place everyone would like), it’s pretty tough. I had the Veggie Melt, without the cheese or butter. It was basically an avocado toast, so okay. And there’s a veggie burger. Maybe the bean burrito or fajitas without fixings could work. The staff doesn’t know anything about vegan food, so you have to self-advocate. They’re very nice, though. Like, super friendly. There are stuffed formerly-live animals all over the walls. If you’re really really hungry and can’t make it a mile or two away, you can fill your belly.
