Obviously not Mexican, but a solid chain option

So Red Robin is NOT Mexican food 😆 Not sure how that restaurant description got made. But, it does have both impossible burger and ancient grains veggie patties options for their sandwiches. I subbed the ancient grains patty for chicken in the southwest salad and it worked well for a vegan meal (minus the cheese and ranch dressing).
