Farm to Table in Southeastern Wisconsin - Edit
This cozy restaurant is off the beaten track, but worth the ride. It is the only restaurant in this area where I can reliably find good vegan options. The restaurant specializes in food which is sustainably grown on local farms. The small menu changes every few months, to keep up with the Wisconsin seasons. The chef has been happy to adjust to special requests. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, with a large fireplace for Wisconsin winter evenings.
