Pretty good food, many options - Edit
The Red Lion Inn has a separate menu for vegan meals, which I found really helpful, since you don't have to search for the vegan options. I had a vegan mexican style burrito with mushrooms. It was really delicious, however for my liking there was too much sauce and a little bit too little seasoning.

For dessert I had a vegan chocolate and raspberry Tarte with vegan ice-cream. Both were really good.
We sat outside and it was really nice.
