The wait staff understands vegan :) I can't get enough of the various moles (all are veagn, except alemendras)! plus knowing that their rice and beans are both already vegan makes ordering easy. Great veggie fajitas, and the margaritas pack a legit punch. I usually go for lunch to ensure there's no wait to get a table. Also, even when they're busy you can get take out in as much time as you'd wait for a table. In warmer weather, I try to sit on their patio.
