Not many vegan options with flavor

I ordered some decent summer rolls with peanut sauce, but all of the main courses I inquired about utilized sauce with fish sauce included, and which apparently could not be omitted. I instead chose vermicelli with tofu and skipped the sauce because it’s not vegan… And I was served a bowl of warm, plain vermicelli with fried tofu on top and no flavor and it was weird. There are some vegetarian options labeled on the menu, but not anything specifically for vegans.

Easy to adapt to vegan

While not marked as vegan, the server was able to explain which dishes were vegan and which could be adapted to vegan. The drunken noodles were excellent. I would (and will) come back here again!

Pros: Knowledgeable server, Good food, Many vegan options

Cons: Menu not labeled with vegan options

So-So

The person that took my order and chef were very friendly. They could not tell me if there was MSG in the food. While the tofu pad Thai tasted okay, it was a little greasy and not sure if the sauces were vegan or vegetarian. They were very accommodating about not adding egg to the dish. The vegetable summer rolls were mostly filled with iceberg lettuce. Nothing outright objectionable about the meal, but may not visit again soon.
