Good sushi

Very friendly staff and good sushi and veggie options. The Veggie Maki Platter is a big portion!

decent vegan option for tourists in the area

Red Bar Sushi has lots of vegan options like sushi and udon noodles. Worth a visit if you are hungry in Middleburg!

delicious food with a good amount of vegan options, all of the sauces are homemade!

Pros: homemade ingredients

Cons: expensive, serve a lot of meat
