Expensive caifan in the suburbs - Edit
This place used to be affordable but recently prices have risen ridiculously high. I know rent is high etc but prices are random and depending on who serves you. This is also not in a central area....3 dishes, long beans , bean curd skin and green veg cost me 5.50. Not at interchange or mrt , just in an ordinary neighbourhood. Portions are smalll. I eat at 12ish and by 4 I am hungry.

Decent Lor Mee - Edit
Young local chap runs this stall, has a variety of daily specials. Tried their lor mee, gravy was herbalicious with enough thickness. Not a big fan of the mock though. For $2.80, it's more than decent, compared to those better known veg brands - many skim on the gravy for lor mee!
