Reciproc Cafe
A vegetarian coffee shop (with vegan options) serves fair trade, organic and/or locally sourced products and produce. Offers lemonades, juices, coffee (can be made with soy milk on request), beer and wine. Also has a small shop that sells preserves, wine, coffee, chocolates and other ethically sourced goods, some of which are vegan. Coffee shop belongs to a local organization fighting for fair trade and responsible consumerism, plus they also try to support local farmers. Sometimes host events where they allow the organizers to bring meat. Open Mon-Fri 12:00am-12:00am, Mon-Fri 8:00am-12:00am, Sat-Sun 12:00am-2:00am, Sat-Sun 9:00am-12:00am.

Cosy and friendly hangout - Edit
I went there looking for food, which they only had in the form of a raw cake (they had another cake which was not vegan and some kind of croissant which was also not vegan, and salt pretzels and peanuts). The cake was great, the juice was good. While having one type of vegan cake is clearly not a reason why anyone should travel there, I would recommend the place for its very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. They have board games and books to spend time with, they offer a few things for sale (fair trade or local), and if I was still a student and the board-game type, this would certainly be the place to go to for extended hangouts and for making friends. It might also be a good choice for families.
Pros: Raw cake, Friendly atmosphere, Library and board games
Cons: Limited vegan food options (no savoury items)

Cozy cafe with free wifi - Edit
Here you can enjoy a lemonade or a coffee free of guilt and contribute to the local community: locally sourced produce and fair trade coffee.
Ask for soy milk with your coffee and try their seasonal lemonade, it's really good.
Let them know you are vegan :P and ask for more vegan options (one of the owners is vegan, I don't know why he doesn't transition the place to fully vegan :( ).
Pros: Fair prices, Fair trade, organic, local, This is one of the 2 places in Timisoara that sel
Cons: Still sells cheese and dairy products :(
