Should be 5 stars!

I cannot add 5 stars due to HappyCow policy for non-vegan places. However, I have never been treated so well in a non-vegan restaurant (we went there in the low season). The chef knows very well what vegan means and can nicely adapt the dishes. We reserved the vegan paella (you need you reserve it 24h in advance), and when we got there they offered us to include it in the Daily Menu and they said they could adapt the 3 entrees included in the menu. We had falafel, tomato salad (with onion, olives, very well seasoned and very yummy!), and salted mushrooms where they substituted the ham for snow peas, zucchini, and incredible artichokes. The Daily Menu also includes dessert (we had a fruit salad), coffee, and bread. The bread is fantastic, and they even prepared a vegan allioli for us! Everything was delicious and prepared with lots of love. The servings are big, we were super full and had to take away about 1/2 of the paella for dinner.
