Oustanding tofu!! - Edit
Our journey through a vegan desert ended with this delightful tofu Bowl. Honestly I'd say this is the best fried tofu ever and I usually prefer to just have my tofu heated and not fried but this could change my mind!

Good vegan option in MT - Edit
It's been difficult to find any good (or really any at all) vegan options while visiting Montana. This food truck was a good find. Got the crispy tofu bowl and it was really good.
