Their house crafted drinks are also delightful (I can never turn down a good lavender lemonade). The building, outdoor seating, and location are also nice to top it off. Don’t miss Rebel Cheese when you’re in Austin!

Their cheese is phenomenal. Offering fresh hard and soft cheeses in sweet or savory flavors you can try a sample before you purchase. ensuring finding something for everyone. 💚 All vegan 💚 I do not regularly eat imitation cheese so this was truly a special delight. We ordered the cheese board and the Tomato herb, Cheddar, and Brie cheese stood out. I also ordered the Capres salad and really enjoyed. I loved the outdoor atmosphere!

Rebel Cheese is absolutely amazing! I finally visited their Austin location and it’s so cute. It reminds me of France and there are a ton of vegan snacks/drinks available for purchase, a bunch of cheeses in the case, desserts and they have a full deli menu. I can’t wait to go back!!

Rebel cheese has a vast selection of vegan cheeses, wines, soups, and sandwiches. My bf and I love this place. we’ve been there 3 times since visiting Austin because it is rare to find a place that has good vegan cheese, better yet an entire selection of flavors and types. Our favorite sandwich has to be the French Dip. You would never know that it’s vegan and the cheese is creamy. We have also gotten their charcuterie board and it is fantastic. They accommodate pets as well! Overall 5/5.

On a trip to Austin we stopped at Rebel Cheese to try it, given the novelty of an all vegan cheese shop. We liked it so much we went back three days later (choosing it over so many other vegan options here)!! The cheese boards are so fabulous!

We were blown away by the selection! The charcuterie board was delightful and filling - I wish I had room to try a sandwich, but will have to come back another time for that. The restaurant was cuter than I expected for a deli, made for a great date night! The truffle Brie was SO GOOD.

We tried a cheese plate and 2 sandwiches- grilled cheese and chicken! All of the other reviews rave about everything- the food, the ambiance, the wine, everything is very nice here. You can even sit and do work. This is the first cheese cafe where I’ve seen such a large selection of vegan cheeses, this place would be a hit in NYC or LA. We left happy.

I got the turkey bacon club and it was the best veganized ‘meat’ and ‘cheese’ sandwich I’ve had. And it was huge! The only downside is that it took about 40 minutes to get my sandwich, but the wait was worth it. The side potato salad was great too! #Veganuary

This place is my favorite restaurant in Austin. I love the Flake and Bake and also the Bacon Brie Me. Everything is vegan. They make their own vegan cheese and meats. You can either get a meal or order a charcuterie board which is also excellent. They also carry desserts from local vegan bakeries and a good collection of wine. My only thing is I wish you could get fruit as a side to their lunch menu items because I don't like any of their side options.

Hands down my favorite part of my vacation. I would seriously move to Austin just so I could eat this every week if I could. The staff was so kind and helpful and the shop had a beautiful ambience. We even went back for brunch a couple days later and that did not disappoint either.

We were overwhelmed by how many cheeses there were. We got a cheese plate with pepper jack, an herb cheese, and another cheese we're forgetting but it had three layers- red, white, green. All were excellent and it was so fun having a whole board of just cheeses, bread, crackers, fruit, and olives to try. We also had to try the bacon and brie sandwich that seems to be popular and it definitely deserves the hype! Just amazing flavors and textures, probably one of our favorite lunches we had in Austin.
