Fresh and Delicious! - Edit
I would give it 5 stars, but Happy Cow doesn't allow it since it's not a vegetarian restaurant. My husband and I had a tempeh rueben, sunshine tempeh, guac and a smoothie. Everything was delicious and tasted extremely fresh. Many options for vegans. Already looking forward to my next meal there!
