Some good options, at a price

The South Beach branch of Real Food has mostly the same menu as the Somerset location (depending on availability) but lacks some of the extras (e.g. dessert and bakery case, ambience). Plenty of vegan options, including great dumplings, good portobello burger. Prices seem tuned for business class.

Whole Foods

Menu focuses on whole foods; vegan and allium-free options are clearly labelled. Hope the egg and dairy can be removed/replaced in the menu so that the eatery is completely whole-food plant-based. Started with fresh juice, a delicious fruit/tofu appetizer that was super refreshing, and shared a burger with fried cauliflower and potato salad on the side. Nice casual place!

Clean, healthy but expensive food

Friendly staff and nice outdoor ambience.

The baked stuffed portobello was good. Truffle aglio olio was good too but very small portion.

Steam handmade dumpling not as nice as it used to be.

Fried vermicelli is simple but good for one pax.

Hot chocolate drink is diluted.

Pros: Vegan & allium-free option clearly indicated

Great food choice

Opted for delivery option due to heightened alert 2, there was a good range of fusion selection with western and chinese food options like pizza, pasta, along with noodles and rice dishes.

The food was delicious, will definitely make a trip to the restaurant to dine in.

Fried dumplings super good 😋

Their crispy noodles is naturally seasoned yet flavourful, lots of green veggie, carrot, mushroom and taupok given, overall a healthier version of crispy noodles, worth trying 😋

Their curry noodles is thick yet not too spicy, lots of potato, cabbage, green bean, brinjal and taopok given, overall a healthier version of curry noodles, can give it a try

Their herbs battered portobello mushroom burger, stacked with fresh greens and vegan mayonnaise is great, came together with boiled corn kernels and fried potato wedges. The fried portobello mushroom patty is fresh, hot, crispy yet juicy. The potato and sweet potato wedges are baked and salted, corn kernels are juicy, overall very satisfying, worth trying

Tried their fried vermicelli (change to spinach noodles), lots of fresh veggies given, must compliment their fried dumplings, it's super delicious, with very strong black pepper and mushroom aroma, highly recommended, must try, and it's still crispy even after 4 hours, the dumplings noodles (with steamed dumplings) is nice too, but of course the fried dumplings taste even greater

Comfy hangout with good ambience

Environment: Contemporary, stylish, spacious

Food: Vegan items and those with onion/garlic are clearly marked. Quite a good range of vegan choices including juices and smoothies. Both food quality and taste meet expectations, though it was a bit hard to find dishes without mushrooms and five spices among the vegan options.

Fantastic breakfast/lunch spot

This place is an oasis for the traveler who likes to eat healthy but doesn't want to sacrifice taste. Beautiful, delicious food with plentiful vegan options clearly marked, fresh colorful ingredients, great service, reasonable prices on a nice clean handsome space. I had the dumpling soup, with homemade veggie dumplings and a side of hot chili sauce. Also the house Salad "Real Food Mix" which is vegan. I would come back whenever in Singapore.

Great food (especially the dumplings)

I love the food at Real Food — especially their dumplings and chickpea and sweet potato cakes. The prices are slightly steep, especially their juices, but overall I think it is a good value for money.

A beautiful restaurant @ South Beach Road

This’s a beautiful cosy relaxing restaurant and it’s located above Esplanade MRT. I love the décor and ambience. Perfect for meeting up with few friends over a hearty and healthy meal or for big group gathering. They have different type of seating arrangement, communal table, sofa seat, alfresco outdoor seating even quiet corner.

Like their delicious Dumpling Noodles Dry ($11.8) which well-presented and tasted like home cooked food. The fruit salad ($7.5) is so refreshing.

Unique dry dumpling noodles

This came with five huge dumplings which were stuffed to the brim with mushrooms, carrots & other less-processed plant goodies :) The taste of the dumplings, noodles & sauce were all unique in their own ways; you need to try this to know what I’m talking about xP

good pizza but awful cakes

Had vegan pizza, big breakfast and dry wonton noodles, vegan marble cake and banana coconut cake.

Vegan pizza was nice, big breakfast and dry wonton noodles was normal.

The cakes was Very disappointing. First time trying vegan cakes but it was very very dry and hard after they heated it up. At $8.50 per slice, definitely not worth the money.

Nice ambience with comfortable seats.

Service levels are not good for a nice restaurants
Perhaps staff properly new? When we requested them to clear our obviously empty plates, they were surprised.
Had asked for refill of water, they forgot. Second time the staff gave me an irritated look. Would gladly help myself to water if it was placed outside.
Overall experience was ok but I’ll probably visit other outlets instead.

Pros: vegan pizzas dough was nicely done and baked.

Cons: vegan banana coconut cake and marble cake is hard,

We liked it!

We had a nice relaxing brunch here while on holiday. Plenty of vegan options, nice hot and cold drinks and a relaxed setting.
