Great for vegetarian, not for vegans

There were no vegan options and to “veganise” is to remove dish items but you aren’t allowed to replace them with alternatives. I asked for the avocado on toast and to swap the poached eggs and feta for sweet potato fries but was told I couldn’t. Coffee was great - Oatly milk available.

Pros: Coffee, Well-presented food

Cons: No vegan options anymore, Not allowed to swap out non-vegan ingredients

Matcha Latte

Their oatly matcha latte is good; price x2 of standard Philippine beverage prices.

Cons: No restroom; you need to go outside of the cafe

Good burger, great restaurant

There's only one vegan option on the menu, but several vegetarian choices. The vegan meal is a standard Beyond burger with Daiya cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo, served on the greenest bun in existence. It comes with sweet potato crisps and basic salad. It's a tasty burger but you can get the same for cheaper elsewhere. The decor is modern and light and service is excellent. They have a great ordering system via a QR code which is fully customisable. Nice to have a vegan option for western food in TST.
