Healthy & Fast

So many options! Everything is healthy, prepared fresh that morning and packaged to go, so it's a great option if you're in a hurry. They have some seating inside and outside though if you'd like to eat there. If you're picking up to go, you can park right in front of the shop temporarily (I recommend turning your hazard lights on).

Fabulous find in a very meaty city.

Thanks to Happy Cow for guiding me to Rawgirls! I felt like I hadn’t eaten a vegetable in ages.. Everything is vegan and GF. There were juices, smoothies, soups, açai bowls, entrée bowls and cookies. I opted for the lunch deal with a fabulous coconut and cauliflower rice entrée bowl, a green juice and a cookie. I think the girls serving me were confused by my excitement but after three weeks away in Canada, then Nashville and Memphis, I needed this type of food so badly! Everything was so fantastic I went back inside to buy another entrée bowl for my lunch the next day!

Best vegan anywhere!

Best vegan we’ve had so far! Everything was absolutely delicious. We had the curry dahl, the beet and yukon salad, mung bean pasta with butternut squash and pomegranate and the green love bomb cold pressed juice! Everything was high quality, fresh and homemade. Very fast grab and go, exceptionally tasty. Be sure to grab a fresh baked cookie 🍪 everything is 100 percent vegan and gluten free!!!

Awesome!

Great pre-made vegan take away food for a reasonable price. I had the Curry soup of the day, Beet and fennel salad, New Yorker juice, and a Sugar Cookie. Employee was super nice and helpful with recs too.

Don’t miss this vegan GF gem

I could literally eat EVERYTHING at this amazing restaurant. Being vegan and gluten-free can prove limiting when I’m traveling. Everything on the menu was vegan AND gf, so choosing just one was rough…. So I bought multiples. LOL.

I feel so lucky to have found this gem on HappyCow. The coconut veggie stir fry was incredible. The raw cheesecake was worth the trip alone!!!

Extremely Disappointing

This would be 1 star of Happy Cow allowed it for vegan restaurants. We were so excited to find a vegan restaurant downtown only to be extremely disappointed. We had 2 salads (they are pre made) which seemed at least a day old-and that is generous. They were packed in disposable plastic with no recycling options. The only good thing I could say is the the soup was tasty but given that it was room temperature at best (even though it came out of a hot pot), that too was disappointing. Avoid Rawgirls.

Cons: Expensive, Salads not fresh, Soups not hot

Great grab and go.

Grab and go style of fresh and delicious options located downtown. On the pricier side, but it was a nice reprieve from the fried food.

Pros: All vegan, Quick; cafe seating , Health oriented

Easy, healthy vegan food in downtown Memphis

There are very few vegan options downtown, so glad this exists. There are a variety of healthy bowls and a couple soups, plus tasty baked goods. Nothing mind blowing, but everything we tried was solid. We were a bit perplexed by all the plastic. The bowls were compostable, but not the plastic ware. On the upside, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Pros: All vegan, Friendly staff, Healthy

Cons: A lot of plastic

Healthy vegan choices but wasteful

Great selection of fresh raw vegan choices. Unfortunately, very much to our disappointment, everything is prepackaged in plastic containers. To make matters worse nothing gets recycled. We had a fresh juice which we drank right there. When I asked whether they recycle, the answer was no. Hence we took the empty bottle with us.

Pros: Great selection of vegan healthy food and drinks, Outside seating

Cons: Expensive, Everything is prepackaged in plastic waste!, No recycling, everything goes into trash

Dessert stop!!

Super healthy!

Quick healthy options

It can be hard to find healthy vegan foods in Memphis. Raw Girls is the answer! Grab-and-go selections of salad, soup, juices,baked goods. Some indoor and outdoor seating. I was so grateful for some fresh green salads!
