Sooooo fresh & yummy!! - Edit
Omg don’t sleep on this vegan/GF food truck! It’s soooooo good! The sweet potato salad was out of this world. I wouldn’t normally say that about a salad but it was loaded with toppings and a really tasty dressing. I loved it! I also got the Carotene Dream juice which was so fresh and sweet! Also the raw cinnamon rolls are TO DIE FOR!!!!! Absolutely sinful and delicious!! Give this place a try — you won’t regret it!

Incredible variety! Everything on the menu looked amazing! We are from California so unfortunately, I probably won’t get to eat here again. So, if you live in the area, this is a must eat at food truck! it was so hot in Memphis that we had to eat dessert first… So much fun!! we had the cucumber dill soup, taco salad, mung bean pasta, the peanut butter cookie plain, as well as with the ice cream in the middle! And… the chocolate tart!

Read moreThey also have a cute store front downtown. The one in Midtown was closed to focus on the east memphis and downtown locations. I've visited all locations over the years and have tried nearly everything on the menu. The food is always fresh and delicious. Everyone who works there is so happy and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. They also offer samples of the juices so you can try before you buy.
I dont know why Happy Cow won't allow me to give 5 stars.. I'll definitely try to update that!
