Open Mon-Fri 8:00am-7:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-6:00pm.

Raw Republic is a little gem - and I do mean little. It is more of a casual take-out place, with a couple of bistro tables.

The menu consists of smoothies and juices, but the real novelty is their bowls. They are basically smoothies in a bowl with toppings all beautifully presented (with toppings like granola and banana slices). Mine tasted like ice cream, but was filled with good stuff like bananas and kale. I highly recommend ordering one. They are unique, delicious and incredibly filling.

I also had a piece of raw chocolate cake, which was quite good, and a "tuna" chickpea sandwich. Staff was exceptionally friendly and didn't bat an eye when I started eating said cake at 10:30 in the morning!

The food is not cheap, but raw food is expensive to make so that is to be expected.

Definitely visit this raw start-up!

Pros: Creative menu, Delicious food, Friendly staff

Cons: Tad pricey

Staff is friendly. The Hawaiian Punch bowl is delicious. They also have a rewards program and a nearby employee discount.
