This was like having healthy, gorgeous food from home, but better! Naomi is a wonderful soul and her food reflects that. I had the verger and broccoli cheese soup. Both dishes were stupendous! When in Fresno, you absolutely should stop in. Vegan greasy spoons are fairly easy to find, but organic, whole food, plant based is a real treat. 😋

We’ve tried a few things and the greens and beans salad, cafe rio (hot or iced), kefir, and lemon bar dessert have been our favorites. Make sure you’re not in a rush bc everything is prepared to order by one chef and takes time.

I loved almost everything about Raw Fresno, although I'm normally WFPB, not raw. But in a town with just two vegan restaurants, I decided to try it and was happily surprised! Cute place, wonderful, healthy, and delicious food, and nice staff! I had the Farmers Market Wrap and a smoothie of the day. Both were delicious, with the collard green wrap full of different textures and flavors. They also happily provided samples of the faux New England clam chowder soup, made with mushrooms, and their raw cracker, which was perfectly spiced. Both were full of flavor and I'll happily order those on another visit.
Read moreThe only disappointment was that all the desserts contained coconut oil, which is high in saturated fat. But, I was quite satiated after my meal and really didn't need dessert at all. I'll definitely eat here again!

Read moreWe ordered a combo, I had the “Verger” which was incredibly delicious - the house-fermented slaw the standout star. And that’s no small statement because the side of hummus was a punch of flavor, house-made dehydrated crackers were exceptional, and the brownie bite was a perfect sweet treat ending.
Chef Naomi is so friendly: inviting questions, sharing information about how everything is made, and even treating a taste of a best-seller to my companion who was struggling to decide on what to choose. (And those greens and beans were unbelievable!)
Overall, the atmosphere is bright, cozy and inviting. 2-hours free parking right in the heart of downtown. Another vegan spot nearby ensures something for every taste.

This nice restaurant checked all the boxes for our little whole food plant based family. We tried multiple entrees, a smoothie, hot chocolate, and several desserts. The tiramisu was so good that we took two extra to go since we live hours away. I wish we could go more often!

The service was wonderful. Chef Hendrix is super helpful and was eager to talk about the items on the menu. She had a great attitude. I got the single combo meal which entailed the farmers market wrap, green smoothie, a brownie bite, and a scoop of hummus and kracker. It was surprisingly filling. I just did a super long hike the day before, and I needed something healing. This meal made me feel full and healthy, and if I lived I'm Fresno, I'd be a regular here. Thanks!

If you're in the area, DEFINITELY visit this place. We were not disappointed, the food is exceptional. Super fresh and delicious. The flavours were so well balanced i.e not too sweet, sugary or salty. The side salads and sauces all complimented the accompanying dishes. Everything was made with so much pride and it showed in the results... top notch food! The tiramisu was my fave.
