Cute little restaurant in Kensington - Edit
This place is adorable! The food is unique and they always put a funky spin on it. The staff are very welcoming and they always have some cool events going on like pop up shops or yoga.

This was absolutely excellent. A bit pricey but sooo good. Have not had eggs in many years but you can barely tell the difference. It would be nice if you had the option for the sourdough to be toasted. Will be going back to try the other dishes over the weeks. Also, the environment is to my beliefs. If you become a vegan for health reasons. It is more likely you will fall. I know this. The only way to sustain this is for ethical reasons. No longer want to be enjoying food at the expense of animal suffering. After a couple of weeks later. Went to try the Nachos, hot chocolate. Really good and tasty with simple ingredients.

Raw Eatery is always amazing! The food is consistently delicious and our whole family of four (with two kiddos, 12 and😄enjoys everything! We have had the lasagna, nachoes, pad Thai, fancy avo on sourdough and the M’egg’ salad sandwich and the dessert - ALL tasty and filling! We have been heading there for a while and enjoy the food and atmosphere and the incredibly friendly and lovely staff! There are also board games available to play and some great vegan resources and cookbooks to peruse for inspiration!

I stopped in for dinner and ordered a lasagna. It was very quick, and very beautifully presented. I've had some mediocre raw food in the past, so my expectations were totally blown away trying this dish. The flavours were so bright and it was one of the most delicious things I've eaten in a long time.

Relaxed and cosy little eatery with friendly staff and a creative and delicious menu. Don’t be fooled by the basement location just off Kensington Road, it is light and airy, a relaxing place to lunch, dine, work or play a board game with friends. The food tastes great and leaves you feeling like you did your body a favour.

I was fortunate to be staying nearby for two weeks and ate at Raw four times. It’s located below street level, near Plaza Theatre. I would like to try everything on the menu! I’ve had the avo on sourdough, the pad thai, the tacos and the popcorn. All good! Good service. (Not everything on the menu is raw.)

I’ve eaten at Raw many times and every time I go I am absolutely wowed - by the flavours, the service and the decor of the restaurant. The food is so healthy and fresh, but not in a yucky, do-I-have-to-choke-this-down? way. Ali and Megan’s creations are truly delicious, nutritious and filling. An amazing local business to support.

Raw is run by great humans that provide amazing raw vegan meals. Everything I've ever tried has been great, I personally love the tacos.

I asked if they could make me a raw vegan cake really last minute (like two days before last minute) for my birthday. They made an unreal avocado coffee and chocolate cake that was so good I dream about it.
If you are considering going, do it!

I went there a few times and always had the same thing - the scrambled tofu on toast! Because, believe it or not, it was deliciously addictive. With yummy and cute sunflower shoots on the top. + the people are nice and active in the Veg Fest, from what I've understood.

Our first stop during our trip to Canada. Still thinking about the Mary Kale salad! Everything was tasty! Not knowing what we would find vegan in our journey, we stocked up with food to go- pad Thai, more Mary Kale salad, desserts and more. The spirulina popcorn was a great travel snack. I savored it for 5 days! Owners were friendly and eager to help with our selections. Area was charming and inviting. Parking was easy. Great way to start our trip.

I came here with a friend and was really pleasantly surprised that it is fully vegan! The eatery is very cute and the staff was lovely. The underground location makes it a little dark- would be nice if there was some more natural light but who cares when you've got delicious and ethical food?! The menu is also really fairly priced! I love that many of the items come in a half-size option; this allows you to mix and match menu items!

We went there for lunch yesterday. Really glad we did. We had the broken burrito and the linguine plus shared sourdough bread with Brazil nut cheese and avocado. Glad we found out about this place and very excited that there are here in Calgary.

This is a really nice, clean, cool atmosphere in one of the trendiest parts of town. The food is fresh and beautiful and the owners are friendly and super-dedicated. I had the Linguini with chickpea 'meat'balls and it was delicious- the roasted red pepper and Brazil-nut 'mozzarella' was amazing. I was completely satisfied but not stuffed. I'll definitely be back.
