We had a nice experience at Ravo, they have two vegan pizzas on the menu (one is a gourmet marinara and the other the one in the photo). Not cheap, but good dough, service and place.

Cozy pizzeria in Perugia - Edit
New in town I’ve decided to visit this pizzeria as they where showing a 100% vegan pizza on their menu, this means at list they are inclusive and you don’t have to ask for your own pizza, with your own ingredients as very often happens to vegans. The place is super nice, and it is super easy to park otside. Raw materials are good, pizza is good, and they have some gourmet options convertible into vegan.
