4* - Quite good food in such an isolated area - Edit
It's great they cater for Vegans as there are nearly no places to eat nearby. I was there for 3 days at a company event I partly organized, and it was very easy to get them to cater for the Vegans in the group, as they always have vegan options, even on the regular menu.
Read moreThe food was quite good for the most part, and they also had vegan dessert, a cloudberry sorbet that was very interesting. Unfortunately I didn't take many pictures throughout the week so I only have pictures of 4 of the dishes I had while there: Tofu Skagen, Sauteed Mushrooms, Beet tartar and the grilled celeriac.
As a bonus, you might just see the aurora after dinner.. we did!
