A must-try :) - Edit
This is a very popular cafe, situated on London Road. A great spot to go after getting food which I admit to doing with my friends on most visits to London Road 😎

The restaurant is very big and there are many seats, staff are so friendly with greeting guests, taking orders and just overall providing a comfortable space to have dessert. 🍨
The vegan menu is a big page at the back of the regular menu. I've tried most of the options, which I'll go through now:
🍪Cookie dough: Had this two or three times! Shared it each time as it's very sweet and filling but that's how cookie dough should be!
🍨Ice cream: I've tried a scoop of ice cream alongside the cookie dough each time as they're a match made in heaven of course! I've tried the vanilla and strawberry flavours and I have to say that the strawberry ice cream is something very divine and better than regular strawberry ice creams I've tried in the past.
🥞Pancakes: Also shared this one! Again, as expected, very fluffy and tasty pancakes, worth it!
🥤Milkshake: Was told to try the chocolate milkshake by a friend who tried it during Veganuary so I had very high expectations so was a little disappointed but to be fair, it's a nice and creamy chocolate milkshake...I'm just personally not a fan of chocolate milkshakes😂
There are also some vegan cakes which I am yet to try....update to come...
Would definitely recommend...Rassam's is a Sheffield staple!

It’s a difficult one because I definitely appreciate that this place has vegan options so if you’re wanting to go to a dessert place with your omni friends, it’s probably a good option. Unfortunately, it’s not great. We went there on the weekend after a vegan cafe was closed. The good thing is, there’s a vegan menu, it includes some milkshakes (vanilla, chocolate and raspberry if I remember right), apple pie and treacle tart (w/ or w/o ice cream). According to a previous review, there are supposed to be some vegan options in the display cases but either they didn’t have any when we came, or the waitress simply didn’t mention it. We ordered the pie and the tart both with ice cream and I’d say, they were okay. Nothing to write home about. They weren’t fully heated up, they weren’t delicious and the ice cream wasn’t great either. I didn’t even finish my ice cream after I’d run out of pie because it simply wasn’t nice enough to eat by itself. Also, I asked whether they have any milk alternatives to go with the tea, which they didn’t. I then ordered water and got a little plastic bottle... so, I don’t think we’d go again. Maybe they don’t get many vegans in but I feel like there are much more vegan friendly/accommodating places that aren’t on Happy Cow. Simply having a vegan menu doesn’t make it very vegan friendly. Although I might pop in one day to ask about the ‘display cakes’.

I disagree, I have apple pie & vanilla ice cream from there every week & it's amazing even though everyone knows vegan food isn't tasty. So I think your just that type of person who would like to complain about every little object

Great vegan menu choices - Edit
Went here after work and they have a great vegan menu! I popped in the day before on Tuesday and was going to ask if they had anything vegan, but saw all the vegan cakes in the cabinet so didn't even need to ask. The back page of the menu is vegan options, gluten free options and dairy free options (they may have egg in and not be veggie).
Read moreThey had 6 vegan cakes including treacle tart, cheesecake and a chocolate torte that I had (which was delicious) plus apple pie. They have three different flavours of vegan ice creams, plus sorbet. They also have vegan milkshakes, made with ice cream and I had the raspberry one which was also delicious. Sorry I didn't take any photos as I was too excited about the vegan choices and eating sweet treats. 😍
Please note this is the restaurant on the corner of London Road and Boston Street and not to be confused with their take away place further up London Road.
Pros: Great vegan choices , Family friendly with big booths and plug sockets, Delicious desserts
Cons: Music was a bit loud, You might put on weight!, You could easily spend a lot of money here
