Vegan
Lunches are an International menu whilst dinner is a set Indian thali meal (all you can eat). All beverages are decaffeinated and no alcohol is permitted. The restaurant includes a library of books on Indian spirituality and vegetarian cooking, a gift shop and a video screen playing Indian films, both sacred and secular. One unique feature of Rasijo's is their "Dinner Fit For a King" or "The Royal Treatment" where a party of between four and eight persons receive a private courtyard with a personal waiter, live musician or belly-dancer, sumptuous seating and tableware and an all-you-can-eat meal focusing on Indian and Middle-East Asian cuisine. NOTE: Reported sold and now closed/shut down.

Maybe it used to be good, could be better - Edit
My husband and I ate here because we heard they had vegan Indian food and have never tried a Thali plate before, just separate dishes.
Read moreWhen we came, we were told it's all vegetarian, then vegan, and was this ok with us etc. The owner seemed to want to caution us that it was vegan... And I said yes that's why we came here, we wanted some vegan Indian food, and then he said oh well this isn't an Indian restaurant! And seemed kind of concerned... strange.
On the website I thought dinner was a $15 all you can eat Thali dinner, so that's why we came, when we showed up, dinner is now the same as the lunch menu... There is no buffet, it's covered up and almost half of the small menu is not available. And we were told depending what we wanted it would take 25 to 35 minutes and it was not a "fast food style" restaurant. Not sure why he had to throw that in, I assumed it would take a bit since he was the only one working there. 20 minutes for food is generally fast anyways.
So we ordered the Thali, but I was disappointed to see and hearing microwaving of our dishes, and everything was served lukewarm.
He was out of samosas so all we got was a few bits of shredded lettuce and a tomato slice instead. Only about half of the dinner items were available and only some of the appetizers, so we didn't really have much choice.
The owner seemed to try and talk you out of everything and said how slow business was and that's why there was less food.
I was still hungry but didn't really feel like eating anything there and he tried to sell us on some dried fruit and nut bars for dessert... Really? I came to eat vegan food, not a power bar.
All in all it was pretty disappointing since we are very easily pleased with simple fruit and vegetable dishes and there is more to vegan cuisine than burritos, tacos, hummus and falafel.
Pros: reasonably priced
Cons: small portions, lukewarm food
