I can't talk because I'm stuffing my mouth! - Edit
Excellent vegan raw food! My companion and I arrived about 15 minutes before they closed (sorry, y'all!) and they were really kind and welcomed us. I severely wanted to try the "Mac n' cheese" (cauliflower rice with cashew cheese), sadly they were already sold out for the day. Apparently, there's a run on that dish - so if you're in town for a short visit and want to try it - go early! They have a small dining room and are connected to a yoga studio. The chef was there and even made our meal before leaving for the day. We had the soup of the day (a tomato/white bean soup) and the tostada. Both were absolutely delicious! If I lived in town I'd probably go eat here at least once a week. Yum and thanks!

Incredible - Edit
So I had the date bar first. It was described as a Lara Bar only better. Gross understatement. It is to die for. Absolutely part of any last meal. Will add more but the menu is fantastic!

Fantastic - Edit
Best ever! We travel a fair amount and trying different vegan restaurants is an obsession. I don't know what we will do now because nothing will ever compare to Rasa. It is not your typical vegan fare. The food is creative, beautiful, delicious and prepared with love and care. Every detail is perfect. After eating here we felt revived and restored in every way!

One of my new favorites in the US! - Edit
Rasa blew me away. Not only is the food delicious and healthy, it's also incredibly gorgeous! Plus the service is always wonderful. It's not only my favorite restaurant in Santa Fe, but in the whole US!

Amazing Food! - Edit
Truly a unique culinary experience. The green chile stew was delicious. As a matter of fact, all the food was incredible. The only downfall was that my girlfriend's meal came to the table 15 minutes after mine. And I realize that specialized food takes time but why such a large discrepancy when we ordered an appetizer. To make matters worse, there was a woman taking pictures of the food coming out of the kitchen. A customer should never have to wait for their food because someone wants to take a picture of it. Honestly, I just can't explain why you would do that. But I would definitely come back for the food.

THE BEST RESTAURANT IN SANTA FE - Edit
#2 - Believe or not, Rasa is the best restaurant in Santa Fe. It's tiny ... it's got limited hours ... it's a bit off the beaten path, but it's awesome and creative and simply sublime. Sure it's mostly raw vegan, but forget that ... it's simply a must taste kind of place. Withhold your judgements about what vegan food is, open your mind and prepare yourself for a shockingly delicious treat.
Read more#1 - This wonderful little cafe is so much more than a juice bar it's almost a crime to call it that. Rasa is one of the only vegan places in Santa Fe (honey is in a few deserts but they are very knowledgeable and will easily tell you) and regardless of what you eat it's not to be missed. Fresh mostly raw food is delish and filling and satisfying. Super friendly staff and customers. I'm going back.

Fabulous food - Edit
What a cute places hidden away in a little area with exercise studios. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the raw cheese plate (see photo), soup & raw desserts! Everything was divine & presented very well! We also had the Rooty Spike juice which was great!
