Wonderful find! - Edit
Very filling and healthy food. We all got the combination platter and it was wonderful. I’m feeling stuffed and ready to go hiking. My son said the lentils and banana pancakes were his favorites.

This food truck was in a spot I wouldn’t have thought to find a food truck. But trust your GPS. Food was amazing! The combo plate is definitely the way to go. I assume the menu changes frequently and I can’t really remember everything we had, but all flavors were excellent.
